CHEMFLOC Series (Cationic Polymer)

CHEMFLOC Series Products (Cationic) are from Low to High Charge/Molecular weight copolymer of acrylamide.
Product are mostly used in the treatment of industrial waste waters in application such as :
– Clarification through settling or flotation of solids as Primary, Secondary or Tertiary steps
– Sludge dewatering with centrifuges and filtration equipment of all types

CHEMFLOC Series (Anionic Polymer)

CHEMFLOC Series Products (Anionic) are from Low to High Molecular weight polyacrylamide type polymer supplied in powder form. It is used as a coagulant -aid in the clarification treatment of water where it can partially to totally replace conventional inorganic metal salts (e.g. aluminum or iron salts). Product provides rapid floc formation producing dense flocs, which settle quickly and allow increased throughput in the clarifiers as well as producing low volume, compact, high solids settled particle/sludge reducing water wastage in de-sludging operations and improves filtrability of sludges.

Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC)

Poly Aluminium Chloride is a high performance based coagulant for use in a wide range of several applications including drinking water manufacturing, wastewater treatment, the treatment of sewage and industrial effluents. It is a highly efficient coagulant with low generation of waste sludge in a wide pH range. Products are available in both Powder and Liquid form.

Ferric Chloride (FeCl3)

Ferric chloride is usesd as coagulant aid for many industrial wastewater treatment applications, due to its high efficiency, effectiveness in clarification, and utility as a sludge dewatering agent. The chemical leaves slight residual color, and offers very good turbidity removal.

Poly Aluminium Sulfate (ALUM)

Poly Aluminium sulfate is sometimes referred to as a type of Alum. It is a basic, polymerized aluminum sulfate, chloride-free, soluble in water and mainly used as a coagulating agent (promoting particle collision by neutralizing charge) in the purification of drinking water and waste water treatment plants.

Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH)

Aluminium chlorohydrate is used as a coagulant in water and waste water treatment processes to remove dissolved organic matter and colloidal particles present in suspension due to its high efficiency, effectiveness in clarification, and utility as a sludge dewatering agent

Sulphuric Acid (H2SO4)

Sulfuric acid, also known as vitriol, is a mineral acid composed of the elements sulfur, oxygen and hydrogen, with molecular formula H2SO4. It is a colorless, odorless, and syrupy liquid that is soluble in water and is synthesized in reactions that are highly exothermic. Sulfuric acid is also a key substance in the chemical industry. It is most commonly used in fertilizer manufacture, but is also important in mineral processing, oil refining, wastewater processing, and chemical synthesis. It has a wide range of end applications including in domestic acidic drain cleaners, as an electrolyte in lead-acid batteries, and in various cleaning agents.

Geotextile (Dewatering Tube)

Dewatering Tube technology has been used in water and wastewater treatment applications including lagoon, tank, and digester cleanouts. It can provide dewatering and containment in one operation, with 85% to 90% reduction of BOD in the effluent. This can be used seasonally, with solids safely stored onsite between uses. It works even with fine-grained sediments, and solids can be disposed of in a landfill or land applied. It can also be a very effective way of handling septage, either at a private receiving station or a municipal site.
